As a seasoned trainer, Nikki has facilitated learning experiences for superintendents, site directors, and school leaders across seven Illinois districts, helping them implement culturally relevant curriculum, advising systems, and blended learning models aligned to postsecondary and workforce development outcomes.

She is also known for her work developing scalable professional development programs, creating career-focused student tools, and building relationships that sustain long-term organizational growth. Nikki’s leadership style is grounded in equity, accountability, and systems thinking, helping teams move from vision to impact.
