Nikki Taylor is a mission-driven education strategist with over 15 years of experience advancing college and career readiness across K–12 systems, nonprofits, and community organizations. She is the Founder/Principal of Nikki Taylor Consulting, a firm dedicated to building high impact postsecondary and workforce cultures in partnership with schools, universities, and mission-aligned groups. Her expertise includes advising, alumni engagement, workforce development, public relations, and educator training. Nikki works directly with school leaders, superintendents, principals, and nonprofit executives to turn complex challenges into actionable, data informed strategies. Her work is rooted in equity, with a focus on driving student success in under-resourced communities.

Delena W. Little, Ed.D.
Dr. Little is a retired senior-level administrator with Chicago Public Schools. She brings deep expertise in leadership development, strategic planning, senior administration, instruction, and operations. She has a proven track record of driving significant student growth across diverse elementary schools at varying performance levels. As a National Principal Supervisor Trainer and Coach with New Leaders, she continues to shape school leadership through high impact coaching and capacity building. Her career spans a wide range of roles including principal, consultant, area instruction officer, central office leader, and adjunct professor. As a transparent, highly effective communicator, she is known for building trusting relationships that lead to sustained school improvement.

Kristin Lucas, MD, FAAP, MHA
Dr. Lucas is a board-certified pediatrician with a deep commitment to advancing youth wellness at the intersection of health, education, and equity. With extensive clinical experience, she brings critical insight into how mental health and overall well-being impact academic performance, college access, and long term success. Her work centers on advocating for holistic, trauma informed approaches that support students' physical, emotional, and cognitive development, especially in under-resourced communities. As an advisory board member, she offers a unique perspective on integrating healthcare and education systems to better prepare students for both college and the workforce. Dr. Lucas believes that when students are well, they are better able to learn, lead, and thrive.
